Job Description

Gough Recruitment in Melbourne, VIC, seeks a Property Manager to own a local portfolio of ~165 properties near Altona Meadows. This full end-to-end PM role offers a stable, family-run environment with a supportive team and opportunities for growth opportunities.

You will manage inspections, arrears, maintenance, renewals and rent reviews, while building strong landlord/tenant relationships and handling VCAT matters as needed. A car is included to support site visits and tenant meetings.
