We’re hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (or as we like to call them, Chief Elves!) across Australia and Current Zealand.

As a Chief Elf on one of our Santa photo sets, you’ll inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create magical moments for every visitor. You’ll be the calm throughout the busy festive season, keeping the set running smoothly and ensuring every family has a memorable Santa photo experience.

We’re looking for Christmas Experience Team Leaders to drive performance across sites in the CairnsArea, including:

- Leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences
- Managing daily operations, rosters and workflow
- Welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and festive
- Bringing energy and maintaining positivity, even on the busiest days
