Are you a passionate leader ready to inspire the next generation? Eden Academy Pacific Pines is currently seeking an Assistant Centre Manager for a 6-month contract. Step into a sanctuary of learning. Our centre is bathed in natural light, featuring open-plan rooms and breathtaking natural play spaces designed to spark curiosity. We operate from 6:30am - 6:30pmproviding a nurturing haven where 112children explore, grow, and thrive every single day.

About You

- Leadwith passion to deliver high-quality care through strong leadership and teamwork
- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's independence and growth
- Showcase robust organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Inspire your team to cultivate excellence in early education.
- Build strong connections with families and the community.

What You’ll Bring:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)




- Maintain a current Working with Children Check
- Possess Australian Working Right
- Present yourself in a professional and warm manner
- Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
- Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environment
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
