Benalla Health in rural Victoria is seeking a dedicated CSSD Coordinator to lead the Central Sterilising Services Department.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager Perioperative Services, you will coordinate daily operations, guide Instrument Technicians, and ensure instrumentation quality and traceability. You will drive audits, accreditation activities, staff education, and policy development to support safe, productive perioperative care.
