With a busy bistro, revamped beer garden, functions and a menu spanning pub favourites through to fresh, seasonal dishes, there’s plenty happening in the kitchen.

We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team and play an key role in delivering great food across our busy kitchen.

The Opportunity

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll work alongside an experienced kitchen team producing a diverse menu that includes fresh seafood, steaks, burgers, pub classics, share plates and seasonal dishes.

- Work across a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes across multiple sections
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Work with fresh, seasonal produce
- Support the senior chefs with service and kitchen operations
- Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture
- Develop your skills across different sections of the kitchen

What We’re Looking For

- Has previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen
- Is confident working across different sections




- Has a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Can maintain quality and consistency during busy services
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Is keen to learn, develop and progress their career
