About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to‑day running of the new location — from financial performance and rostering to team leadership and customer experience. You'll lead a team of Front of House staff and Bakers, so baking experience or knowledge will come in handy!

What You'll Do

- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to grow the business
- Prepare rosters and manage wage budgets to meet targets
- Oversee stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop your team
- Champion an exceptional, consistent customer experience
- Ensure the store meets WHS, food safety and hygiene standards
- Support other Butterboy stores with training and shift coverage when needed

What We're Looking For





- 2+ years' experience in a similar retail/hospitality management role
- Qualifications in management, or equivalent hands-on experience
- A genuine passion for customer service and team leadership
- Strong organisational and financial acumen (rostering, wage budgets, stock control)
- Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- NSW FSS (Food Safety Supervisor) Certificate (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Flexibility to support other Butterboy locations as needed
