About the Role

AFF is seeking experienced Cotton Picker Operators to join our team at Kooba, located near Griffith, NSW, for the upcoming 2027 cotton harvest.

Successful candidates will operate cotton pickers across our large-scale farming operations, working alongside our experienced team.

There is also an chance to start with us earlier and assist with the almond harvest at Kooba before transitioning across to cotton picking,



providing successful candidates with the opportunity for an extended period of seasonal work.

- On-site accommodation is available for successful candidates.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

You’re an experienced machinery operator who is confident working in a fast-paced harvest environment and understands the importance of safety, reliability and looking after equipment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- Previous cotton picker operating experience.
- Experience operating large agricultural machinery.
- A strong understanding of safe machinery operation.
- The ability to work extended hours as required.
- A reliable, practical approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
