About the Role

Our Exam Supervisors play a key role in following examguidelines from both the NSW Department of Education for the HigherSchool Certificate (HSC) and the International Baccalaureate forthe IB Diploma (IBDP). Exam Supervisors work throughout ourschool-based Trial Exams and our Final Exam blocks. This roleis responsible for ensuring all our exam sessions are run withconsistency and professionally for the school and ourstudents. As an Exam Supervisor, responsibilities willinclude monitoring students, including assessing and responding toinstances of misconduct, room set-up, verification of studentidentity, and the distribution, collection and validation ofcompleted exam papers

About You

You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:

- Be available for both trial and final exam periods and becommitted to arriving on time for rostered shifts
- Be able to actively supervise exams, including standing forlong periods of time and moving around the exam room
- Flexibility, including being willing to change allocatedexam rooms, work later or fill in for absences
- Ability to carry out duties with attention to detail,confidentially and with discretion
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members andschool staff




- Ability to follow the relevant Presiding Officersinstructions at all times.

All team members at CGS are required to have:

- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A current National Police Check; and
- Full working rights within Australia.
