Dunlop Foams, part of The Comfort Group, invites a hands-on Production Manager to lead the Foam Production & Conversion operation at Heathwood. You will oversee planning, raw material flow, and finished goods, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery in a high‑mix, make‑to‑order workplace.
The ideal candidate will have proven multi‑site leadership in custom foam manufacturing, strong planning and cost‑management skills, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma.
