Rural Allied Health Northern Hub / Allied Health Services Division / Ingham HospitalIngham Health Service is a 28-bed inpatient facility with emergency and general surgical services.
About your opportunity
Experience the amazing lifestyle of the Hinchinbrook region in North Queensland, whilst working as a critical component of a diverse and skilled Multidisciplinary team, delivering effective physiotherapy clinical services to the Ingham & Cardwell communities. This position provides a great opportunity to demonstrate your skills across a varied inpatient and outpatient caseload, spanning the age and diagnostic continuum. This position also offers the successful applicant a chance to develop formal skills and qualifications in Rural Generalist practice, under an approved and supportive training framework.

Salary range
Salary range: $80,016 to $116,189 p.a. (HP3)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration or be eligible for registration/membership with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
Highly regarded: Demonstrated competent level of knowledge, expertise and skill in physiotherapy clinical practice across multiple settings.
Highly regarded: Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload under the clinical practice supervision of senior physiotherapists.
This position will require the successful applicant to travel and provide outreach services. It is essential that a Class C Motor Vehicle license be held by the applicant.
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
