Are you passionate about supporting older people to live with dignity, independence and connection?

Join our team as aCare Worker on our mobile bus service, travelling across Sydney and providing compassionate support to people in their communities.

This is a unique opportunity to take your care skills on the road, meet people from diverse backgrounds and help create positive experiences for the people we support.

What you’ll do

- Provide person-centred care and support to older people while travelling on our bus service
- Assist people to feel safe, comfortable and valued throughout their journey
- Support individual needs while promoting dignity, independence and choice
- Build positive and respectful relationships with customers, families and colleagues
- Help create a welcoming, inclusive and supportive workplace on board
- Work as part of a friendly and professional team while travelling to different locations across Sydney
- Contribute to the safe and smooth operation of the service

What you’ll bring





- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent experience
- A genuine passion for supporting and caring for older people
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A calm, respectful and compassionate approach
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel across Sydney
- A commitment to providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care

Desirable: Experience in aged care, community services, disability, hospitality, retail or other customer-focused roles.
