We're Hiring: Plumbing Supervisor - Lead our Plumbing Division

Key Responsibilities:

n

Lead and supervise the Plumbing Division: from day-to-day scheduling to managing plumbing projects from concept to delivery, including coordination with in-house trades

n

Quote works of all sizes - from minor maintenance and reactive callouts and large-scale tendered projects

n

Track project progress, costs and compliance using our internal database system, SimPro

n





Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in conjunction with our HSEQR Administrator

n

Develop and maintain client relationships

n

Lead, mentor, and grow your team

n

Drive process improvement and division performance

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Must be Australian Citizen to obtain Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)
n
- A current Plumbing Contractor License Holder is desirable but not required.
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified plumbing supervisor/manager
n
- Experience in quoting and tendering, including government submissions favourable
n
- Strong understanding of maintenance and construction project delivery
n
- Hands-on leadership approach with excellent communication skills
n
- Experience managing apprentices
n
- Proficiency with SimPro a bonus but not essential, safety management systems, and digital workflows
n
- Commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
n
