About the role
Key responsibilities include coordinating Ministerial and departmental briefings and correspondence, managing procurement, financial and records systems, organising meetings and conferences, preparing papers and minutes, tracking actions, and supporting broader Commercial Advisory projects. The role works collaboratively across the Department to ensure efficient, consistent and high-quality administrative support.

Qualifications and experience
You’llbring:
- Strong team-oriented, interpersonal and consultation skills,
with the ability to work effectively across the organisation and with external stakeholders (mandatory).
- Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior management, with an understanding of budgeting and basic accounting concepts (mandatory).
- Relevant tertiary qualification and previous experience with Victorian State Government processes and systems.
