- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, efficiency & customer service.
- Support advanced fault diagnosis and hands-on repair work.
- Drive team performance through best practice and compliance.

What You’ll Bring
- Cert III Mobile Plant or Cert III Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Tech
- Proven leadership capability (formal or informal)
- Strong diagnostic and repair experience
- Experience with CAT machinery (advantageous)
- Safety-first mindset and strong communication skills
