In this role you'll:

Provide leadership acrossHRsystemsmanagement, HR datagovernance, assuranceand access control practices within a complex and highly regulatedoperationalHRenvironment.

Overseethe integrity, security andeffectiveoperation ofworkforce systemsthat support core HR operational processes, includingHire to Retire (HTR),Time to Pay (TTP), workforce administration and related people services.

LeadHR data,governanceandassuranceactivities to support legislative, regulatory, audit and organisational compliance requirements.

Drive audits, compliance reviews, risk management activities,HR data quality reviews,control health checks and remediation initiatives, acting as a key escalation point for privacy, security and system access matters.

Partner withHR operational teams,business leaders, service owners, IT stakeholders and vendors to strengthenservice delivery, improve data management practicesandcontinuously enhanceworkforce systemsoutcomes.

MaintainHR systemsgovernance frameworks, operating models and technology roadmaps that support sustainable,scalableand operationally effectiveservice delivery.

Develop, coach and mentor a high-performing team responsible forHR systems management, data stewardship, access management,governance, assuranceand compliance activities.

Champion initiatives that improveHR operational effectiveness, strengthendata quality andcontrol environments,and enhance the effective management of workforce information and technology services.

You are an experienced people leader with a strong background in governance, assurance, compliance and operational oversight of enterprise business systems.





You have demonstrated experience in:

- Governance and assurance frameworks within complex organisations.
- HR data governance, stewardship, reporting and information management, including experience working with sensitive workforce information.
- Access governance, identity and access controls, and security oversight.
- Audit, risk, compliance and regulatory obligations.
- HR operational environments, including workforce, payroll, hire to retire, time to pay or related people services processes.
- HR systems management, including operational oversight, governance, access controls, assurance and continuous improvement of enterprise workforce systems.
- Building and leading high-performing teams and specialist functions.
- Influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational environments.
- Balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery requirements.

You are a trusted advisor who builds robust relationships, communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and can translate complex governance requirements into practical business outcomes.
