Connecting with customers, sharing your product knowledge, and helping to create an unforgettable in-store experience. You’ll support the management team in driving sales and keeping the store looking its best. This is your chance to be part of something exciting, working alongside a passionate team to deliver results and make every customer interaction count!
Day by Day, you will
- Bring a premium, service focused approach to drive sales, hit KPIs, and make your mark in a high-profile store launch
- Processing large volumes of stock
- Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
- Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
- Maintaining a positive CAN DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers
What you Bring
- Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or supermarket settings
- Passionate about streetwear and sneaker culture
- Comfortable and confident working in a busy, energetic team environment
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Open to constructive feedback and keen to learn
- Available for late-night trade, Monday to Wednesday day shifts, and weekends
