About the Role:

n

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll provide person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing. You'll support residents with daily living activities, personal care, meal services and meaningful engagement,



helping them feel valued, comfortable and at home.

n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- A genuine passion for caring for older people
n
- Previous aged care experience
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or similar (preferred or currently studying)
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights
n

Essential Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- National Police Clearance (mandatory in case no NDIS Clearance)
n
- Australian working rights
n
