Build your Employee Relations expertise in a complex and evolving environment.
Central Coast Local Health District is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join our Employee Relations team. In this role, you'll provide expert advice across a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, helping leaders navigate workforce issues with confidence and supporting fair, consistent and compliant decision-making.
No two days are the same; from performance and conduct matters to workplace investigations, grievances, disputes and organisational change, you'll be involved in a diverse mix of work that offers both challenge and variety. You'll build strong relationships across the District, work closely with union representatives and contribute to workforce initiatives that support our people and our services.

You're an experienced IR/ER, Employment Law or HR professional who combines sound judgement with a practical and collaborative approach.
You bring:
Experience advising on employee and industrial relations matters
Knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments and workplace policies
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A solutions-focused mindset and confidence navigating sensitive workplace issues
