Sa Sa Health's Older Adults Supportive Interim Stay (OASIS) unit offers short-term, person-centred care for medically secure older adults transitioning from hospital to longer-term care. The Enrolled Nurse will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct nursing care and support rehabilitation goals.
