South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Staff Counsellor (Social Worker Lvl 3, Counsellor Lvl 3, Psychologist) to support staff wellbeing. The role offers permanent full-time hours and diverse counselling modalities, with a robust emphasis on culturally safe practice.

You will provide confidential counselling, support through personal and work-related challenges, and collaborate with Aboriginal Health teams to strengthen wellbeing across the district.
