Job Description

Red Rooster in Sydney is looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations on shift, upholding our brand standards, quality and safety for every guest.

You will coach and support the crew, drive excellent customer service, manage peak periods with strong time management, and even help with food preparation to ensure smooth service and a welcoming restaurant workplace.

Full-Time (6-month contract with view to extension). Shift: 7am - 3pm; flexible rosters help work-life balance.
