We are looking fordedicated and professional female Personal Care Workers to join our growing team and provide exceptional, person-centred support to clients acrossHervey Bay / Maryborough and surrounding areas.

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll do so much more than provide practical assistanceyou’ll be someone our clients can rely on.Every day brings an prospect to brighten someone’s day, support their independence and help them feel safe, valued and empowered in their own home and community.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide personalised care and support based on each client’s individual needs, preferences and routines, including:

- Assisting with personal care such asbathing, showering, grooming and dressing
- Supporting clients withmobility, hygiene and daily living activities
- Preparing meals and completinglight household duties
- Providing transport toappointments,



shopping and social outings
- Offering genuinecompanionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and supporting clients to achieve their goals
- Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families
- Following established care plans, protocols and safety requirements
- Providing care that always protects our clients’comfort, dignity and wellbeing

Availability Monday to Friday is required, 10-15-20 hours a week.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

- Experienced in personal care or community support
- Compassionate, reliable and professional
- Genuinely passionate about helping others
- Respectful of individual choices, privacy and dignity
- A confident communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships
- Able to work independently while also being a valued team member
- Attentive to detail and committed to delivering high-quality care

Female Personal Care Workers are preferred to meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients.

Qualifications

- Experience as a Personal Care Worker
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification)
- Driver's license and vehicle
- Current Car Insurance (Full comprehensive) & Car Registration
- National police check
- First aid & CPR
- Blue Card

Preferred Skills

- Robust interpersonal skills
- Proficient in personal care tasks
- Excellent time management abilities
