ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experiencedConcession Managerto lead our footwear team atMyer Liverpool.

This is apart-time role offering 30 hours per week, working across a Tuesday–Saturday roster. As the Concession Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of our footwear concession — from leading and developing your team, to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the concession is presented to the highest standard.

You’ll represent a curated portfolio of leading footwear brands, includingReebok, Julius Marlow, Hush Puppies, Volley and Grosby, helping customers find the right footwear for work, weekends and everything in between.

Working closely with the Myer team and your Brand Collective leaders, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, commercially focused environment that drives sales and keeps customers coming back.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Lead, coach and motivate your concession team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Set the standard for exceptional, personalised customer service on the sales floor
- Use your footwear knowledge to confidently recommend products based on each customer’s needs, style and occasion
- Build solid working relationships with the wider Myer Liverpool team and collaborate on opportunities to drive sales
- Manage day-to-day concession operations, including opening and closing, stock control, product handling and loss prevention
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and ensure the concession is always customer-ready
- Recruit, train and develop team members, building their confidence, product knowledge and selling skills
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Create a safe,



supportive and positive team environment where people are motivated to perform
- Champion our footwear brands and ensure customers receive a consistent and knowledgeable brand experience

ABOUT YOU

You’re an experienced retail leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading by example and creating genuine connections with customers.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Previous experience in astore management, concession management or senior retail leadershiprole
- A genuine passion for footwear, fashion and delivering great customer experiences
- Strong sales and KPI performance, with the ability to turn targets into action
- Confidence coaching and developing a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- The ability to provide knowledgeable, personalised footwear recommendations
- Strong visual merchandising and stock management skills
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Confidence building relationships with both customers and key Myer stakeholders
- Availability to work 30 hours per week across a Tuesday–Saturday roster
- The flexibility to work across the trading hours of the Myer Liverpool store
- The ability to lift and handle stock weighing up to 10kg unassisted
