The Role
n Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Consultant/Manager will be responsible for leading high-impact projects, driving operational improvements, and delivering actionable insights for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

- Lead and execute complex analyses, structuring insights and delivering tailored solutions for clients.
n
- Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior management, guiding transformational change initiatives.
n
- Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, managing improvement initiatives and building long-term partnerships.
n
- Mentor and support junior consultants, accelerating their skilled growth and development.
n




- Collaborate on business development activities, including proposal preparation and market analysis.
n
- Contribute to internal operations, including marketing, recruitment, and training initiatives.
n

About You
n You are a strategic thinker with extensive experience in management consulting, particularly in industries such as aerospace, transportation, or energy. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and bring a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions and managing complex projects.

- A degree in Engineering or Business (post-graduate qualifications preferred).
n
- At least 4 years of management consulting experience, with a focus on technology-intensive industries.
n
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and overseeing large-scale projects.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n
- Motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in an entrepreneurial and supportive environment.
n
- Fluent in English and willing to travel within Australia as required.
n
- Australian citizenship is mandatory.
