Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) is establishing an AMC Workplace Based Assessment (WBA) program for international medical graduates. The Senior Medical Officer will implement and maintain the WBA program, including accreditation, training of assessors, and committee participation.

The role supports partnerships with health providers in the Townsville region to retain medical trainees, with a 12-month program and two cohort intakes per year.
