Support important contracts that help deliver services across Victoria.Help manage high-value contracts and track supplier performance.Build practical skills in procurement, contract management and reporting.Enjoy hybrid working in Melbourne with a role that supports public services.

Ongoing, full-time role earning $100,894 - $114,476 per year, plus super.

You will:support high-value contracts by tracking spend, expiry dates and performancemaintain accurate contract records and procurement system dataprepare explicit reports using finance and procurement systemssupport contract plans, changes, invoices and other contract documentswork with suppliers and staff to resolve issues and support contract outcomes.

A relevant tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, commerce, law or business administration is highly desirable. Experience or understanding of government procurement and policies is also highly desirable.

You should also have:contract change control skills, including raising changes and updating contractscontract performance skills, including tracking KPIs and supporting invoice managementsystems expertise, with the ability to use key systems and reporting tools independentlysupplier management skills,



including working with suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes.
