The Role

What You'll Be Doing

- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee consistently, to ButterBoy's standard
- Deliver warm, genuine, and effective customer service every order, every time
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, flagging any issues promptly
- Work the till, handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Support with stock counts and communicate low stock levels to your manager
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times
- Represent the ButterBoy brand with energy, positivity, and pride
- Work collaboratively with the wider café and kitchen team to keep service running smoothly,



especially during peak periods

What We're Looking For

- Confident, consistent latte art and coffee preparation skills
- A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy rushes
- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
- NSW RSA and/or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
- Availability across weekends and public holidays preferred
