From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades. **What you’ll do as AUSPAC Mining Sector Manager:*** Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective leadership and management of mining field sales teams* Develop and implement territory/sector-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities* Deliver structured performance coaching and development through regular field visits, one-on-ones, and ride-alongs* Implement robust pipeline management systems ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy prospect flow* Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including activity levels, conversion rates, and pricing governance* Provide hands-on leadership in strategic accounts and complex opportunities while developing team capabilities* Drive CRM excellence and process adherence to ensure data-driven decision making* Foster effective collaboration across marketing, operations,
