FedEx is seeking an energetic Operations Supervisor to lead our Canberra station's daily fleet execution, safety briefings, and performance reporting.

In a high-volume logistics environment you will coach frontline couriers and staff, manage vendors and contractors, and collaborate with operations and customer service to drive continuous improvement.

This permanent, full-time role requires robust people leadership, safety focus, and hands-on management of schedules, SLAs, and operational change.
