Maryborough District Health Service is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Officer to join our People & Culture team. This permanent full-time role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across our health service, from job postings to onboarding.

You'll leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search, coach managers, coordinate interviews and background checks, and help implement recruitment policies to attract capable staff in a high-volume workplace.
