supporting leaders to understand results and turn insights into action.* Provide high-level advice, coaching and support to leaders across a large and diverse health service.* Lead projects and develop contemporary resources, communications and learning experiences.* Work collaboratively across the Workforce Division to maximise the impact of workforce initiatives.**About you**You're an experienced Organisational Development or strategic HR practitioner who brings:* Proven experience leading culture, engagement and leadership development initiatives.* Strong facilitation, consulting, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.* Experience working with staff survey data and organisational culture initiatives.* The ability to translate research, data and complex concepts into practical, meaningful action.* A contemporary approach to leadership and capability development, with a focus on real behavioural change and impact.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a diverse workforce.
