Anglicare NT is seeking a Case Manager to support young people transitioning from Out of Home Care into supported independent accommodation. You will deliver intensive case management, advocacy, outreach, life-skills development, and accommodation support.

Working within a trauma-informed, culturally protected, strengths-based framework, you will help build skills, confidence and networks to thrive independently.
