- 40% billable client caseload activities
- 40% team member support, quality assurance and clinical or practice supervision
- 20% Occupational Therapy practice development

What you'll be doing

Clinical service delivery

- Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention across clinic,communityand telehealth environments.
- Manage a reduced caseload of participants with complex needs.
- Complete environmental modification and equipment assessments.
- Maintainaccurateandtimelyclinical notes,reportsand records.

Team leadership and performance oversight

- Maintain active awareness of clinician workload,prioritiesand deadlines.
- Monitor performance against billable expectations, monthlygoalsand service targets.
- Identifyat-risk work, investigatebarriersandagreerecovery actions.
- Escalate unresolved clinical, performance,qualityor safety concerns.

Clinical supervision and capability

- Provide regular supervision, evidence-basedadviceand operational support.




- Give respectful,specificand actionable feedback.
- Identifydevelopment needs and recurring capability gaps.
- Model effective caseload,documentationand stakeholder management.

Quality assurance and practice development

- Review reports and clinical documentation to improve quality and client outcomes.
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of worksubmittedfor review.
- Develop training,resourcesand process improvements.
- Contribute to targeted education andservice-improvementinitiatives.

What we are looking for

Essential

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum five years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum one year's experience as a Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role.
- Demonstrated skill in supervision, coaching, qualityassuranceand performance support.
- High-level communication,negotiationand stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Knowledge of relevant disability or human-services legislation and practice.
- Current Australian driverlicence.

Compliance requirements

- Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain.
- BlueCard, orwillingness and eligibility to obtain.
- YellowCard, orwillingness and eligibility to obtain.
