Client Relationship Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance broking professional to step into a relationship-focused role within a leading national insurance network.

n

As Client Relationship Manager, you'll build strong relationships with brokers, understand the challenges within their businesses and demonstrate how a centralised broker support service can make their day-to-day operations easier and more productive.

n

You'll own the broker relationship from the initial conversation and onboarding through to ongoing engagement, ensuring brokers are getting genuine value from the service.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with brokers across a national network
n
- Introduce and promote the Broker Partnering service
n
- Understand broker businesses, pain points and capacity challenges
n
- Identify where the service can provide ongoing or temporary support
n
- Manage brokers through engagement,



onboarding and implementation
n
- Drive ongoing utilisation and engagement with the service
n
- Monitor broker satisfaction and regularly gather feedback
n
- Act as a key contact and escalation point for service issues
n
- Work with internal and external teams to deliver solutions for brokers
n
- Identify opportunities to continually improve the broker experience
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone with a strong general insurance broking background who understands how brokerages operate and the challenges involved in servicing a portfolio.

n

You'll be a confident relationship builder and communicator who can quickly establish credibility with brokers, understand their needs and influence without taking an overly sales-focused approach.

n

Experience across business development, relationship management, broker partnerships or distribution would be highly regarded.
