Senior HVAC Technician
Location: Sutherland Shire, NSW

The Opportunity Are you an experienced HVAC Technician looking for a long-term career chance with an established and highly regarded business?

Join a cohesive service team working across some of Sydney's most prestigious residential properties, with some commercial work also involved.

This is an opportunity to work on high-end HVAC systems, including VRV, while being supported by an experienced Service Manager in a well-organised workplace where quality workmanship and exceptional service are highly valued.

About the Role This is a field-based service and maintenance position, primarily servicing high-end residential properties, with some commercial work also involved.

You'll work across sophisticated HVAC environments and interact directly with high-end customers, making strong communication and a professional approach important to the role.

The position operates Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.





Candidates living within reasonable proximity to Caringbah / the Sutherland Shire are preferred, as the role may require collecting equipment and materials from the factory on the way to jobs.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out HVAC service and maintenance
- Service high-end residential properties
- Undertake some commercial HVAC work
- Work with VRV systems
- Provide professional service to high-end customers
- Work collaboratively as part of an experienced service team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced HVAC professional with strong technical capability, a solid work ethic and a commitment to quality service.

You will ideally have:

- Strong experience in HVAC service and maintenance
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Experience with VRV systems
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- WHS White Card
- Strong communication skills
- A strong work ethic and honest values
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ideally, living within reasonable proximity to Caringbah / the Sutherland Shire
