Training Coordinator| Wingfield, SA |Permanent Full - Time

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our client's team on a permanent, full-time basis.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- To develop and maintain workplace training systems
n
- Assist with the induction process and delivery of Mandatory Training documents
n
- Filing of Training information into staff files and entering data to Training Matrix
n
- Prepare and review Task Instructions when changes occur
n
- Assist On the Job Coaches in the assessment of employees against Task instructions to achive compentencies
n
- Assist On the Job Coaches/Supervisors in the coordination of training of staff on current Task instructions or when changes occur
n
- Liaise with all Supervisors to facilitate trainees for group training session
n
- Monitor existing staff with maintaining up to date training requirements as per relevant task instructions
n
- Assist in the Environmental and WHS Compliance Training as well as maintaining their training records
n
- To assist Quality Department in outlay of Quality and HACCP training annually
n




- Ensure that HACCP standards and quality procedures are adhered to and outlay training when required
n
- Positively supports business strategy and improvement through implementation of new policies and procedures
n

About You

n

n
- Certificate IV Training and Assessing
n
- Previous experience intraining coordination, learning and development, HR or similar role.
n
- Strongorganisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capacity
n
- Experience using learning management systems or training databases is desirable
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
