Western Health in Melbourne’s west is seeking a Diabetes Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) on a casual basis to provide self-management education to inpatients, outpatients and community patients living with diabetes.
The role includes education on wards, supporting outpatient clinics, conducting home visits, and learning to use technology such as CGM and insulin pumps. You will be an RN with postgraduate diabetes education qualifications and can work well in a team or autonomously.
