About the role
Looking for a role where your care makes a real difference? Join our Transport Service team as a Transport Nurse (Assistant in Nursing Level) and provide personalised,
compassionate support to patients throughout their journey. Working as part of our wider rehabilitation team, you’ll deliver holistic, individualised care tailored to each patient’s goals and needs. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional care, value teamwork and strive for excellence in everything you do.
Key responsibilities
- Providing holistic patient care within the Transport Service.
- Promoting the development of therapeutic relationships with the aim of facilitating the patient’s external medical appointments/procedures in a safe and timely manner.
- Supporting the objectives and philosophy of the Nursing Service.
- Contributing to the client’s completion of external medical appointments/procedures in accordance with Royal Rehab’s vision, purpose and values.
About you
We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with:
- Suitable qualifications for the level of applicant.
- Suitable knowledge & experience in rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication using information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
- Must have flexible availability and be able to work varied hours.
