JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
Provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents in line with their individual care plans.
Administer and monitor medications in accordance with HLTHPS007 training
Support residents with mobility, meals, hygiene, grooming and social engagement.
Promote dignity, independence, choice and meaningful connection for every resident.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection prevention, safety and manual handling procedures.
Adhere to infection prevention, workplace health and safety, and quality standards

About the Candidate
HLTHPS007 - Administer and Monitor Medications is essential.
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability, or Current nursing students who have successfully completed a Pharmacology/Medication Administration unit and are eligible to administer medications within their scope of practice.
A genuine commitment to person-centred care.
Strong communication skills and a respectful, team-focused approach.
Reliability and availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays where required.
Ability to complete required pre-employment checks, including a police check and pre-employment medical.
$36.23 base rate + Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, plus 12% superannuation.
