We're looking for driven, energetic and confident salespeople to join our high-performing Contact Centre team in Osborne Park.

About the role:

n

As part of our dynamic team you will be responsible for driving business opportunities and empowering small to medium businesses across Perth metro with solutions that enhance their visibility and growth.

n

- Making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
n
- Pitching advertising solutions across print and digital platforms.
n
- Selling premium brands including The West Australian, thewest.com.au and PerthNow.
n
- Managing your own pipeline and closing deals consistently.
n
- Working towards clear monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
n

About you:

n

n
- Experience in outbound, B2B or high-activity sales (telco, recruitment, real estate, automotive or similar highly regarded).
n
- Confidence and professionalism on the phone - you're comfortable starting conversations with decision-makers.
n
- Resilience and persistence - you handle rejection, reset quickly and keep moving.
n




- A competitive mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets.
n
- Motivation to earn commission and take ownership of your income.
n
- The discipline to manage call volumes, follow-ups and pipeline activity consistently.

- A proactive, self-driven approach - you don't wait to be told what to.
