About the Role

Duties

- Attend regular meetings with leaders and staff
- Coach leaders in people management and leadership, providing training and delivering workshops where required to strengthen team engagement and culture
- Supporting Change Impact Processes where required

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Relevant qualifications at a diploma/degree level, or at least 5 years' experience in a HR role
