Drake International is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide team and take ownership of a white collar temporary and permanent recruitment desk.

This is a genuine 360° role where you'll have the autonomy to grow your market, build strong client relationships and drive revenue across both temporary and permanent recruitment.

About the Role

n

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across white collar temporary and permanent roles.

n

You'll develop new business, manage existing client relationships, source and place high-quality candidates, and oversee temporary workforce requirements from onboarding through to ongoing management.

n

You'll be responsible for your own desk, pipeline, KPIs and revenue, while acting as a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow a white collar temporary and permanent desk
n




- Develop new business and generate quality job orders
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, candidates and key stakeholders
n
- Manage end-to-end temporary and permanent recruitment processes
n
- Source, interview and place high-quality candidates
n
- Manage temporary workforce requirements and ongoing candidate relationships
n
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
n
- Provide market insight and recruitment advice
n
- Own your desk, pipeline and revenue targets
n
- Support junior consultants and contribute to a high-performing team
n

What You Bring

- Proven experience in 360° recruitment, ideally across white collar temp and perm
n
- A strong track record in business development and client management
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A commercially driven, results-focused mindset
n
- Solid organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- The confidence and initiative to take ownership of a recruitment desk
n
