We’re seeking a passionate and resilient Duty Manager to step into a unique role in one of Australia’s most remote and culturally rich communities, located in either Far North Queensland or the Northern Territory.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Support the daily operations of a busy remote retail store
- Work closely with the Store Manager on training, team support, safety, and stock management
- Lead by example through hands-on tasks like merchandising, stock unpacking, cleaning, and customer service
- Support local Indigenous staff with coaching and development
- Participate in community-focused initiatives including nutrition, promotions, and employment programs
- Learn back-of-house processes and build your skills toward full Store Manager responsibilities

What You’ll Bring
