About the role: We are looking for energetic Team Leaders to join our Buranda restaurant on a casual basis. In this role, you will lead our front-line team to ensure the highest store operating standards are met. You will be the go-to person during your shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining our fun and friendly culture.

Responsibilities

- Leading and motivating the team to meet daily store operating standards.
- Ensuring every guest receives exceptional customer service and fresh, high-quality food.
- Managing shift operations, including food prep, cleaning, and safety protocols.




- Solving operational problems quickly and effectively to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail to ensure our high standards are never missed.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative during busy shifts.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a calm head under pressure.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for leading others.
