Role Description The Senior Occupational Therapist will deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across home, community, and clinic-based settings alongside Clinical Supervision. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Gold Coast, QLD, with a mix of in-person work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, developing and implementing client-centered intervention plans,



and facilitating home modifications and equipment trials. The role involves preparing NDIS reports, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring therapists. The Senior Occupational Therapist will also contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing skilled learning within the team.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical skills in Occupational Therapy, with experience in assessment, intervention, and evidence-based practice.
- NDIS Experience
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience or interest in a mixed caseload.
- Experience with NDIS processes, report writing, and recommendations for home modifications and assistive technology is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in hybrid environments and manage a varied caseload.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for community and home visits.
