We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our Energy & Utilities Support Services Hub.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing, validating and maintaining large volumes of project and billing information across multiple systems. Your focus will be on ensuring data is entered accurately, records are kept up to date, and documentation is complete and compliant to support billing and operational activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has a high level of accuracy and takes pride in maintaining quality records in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update and maintain billing, project and claim information across multiple systems
- Process high volumes of data and documentation in line with established procedures
- Review and validate timesheets, purchase orders and supporting records for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate electronic records and databases, including JDEGS and other internal systems
- Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies or missing information
- Monitor and update billing and claims tracking registers
- Ensure documentation is correctly filed and readily available for auditing and reporting purposes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve data issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and administrative efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a high-volume data entry, administration or records management role
- Strong keyboard skills with proven accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to process and validate large amounts of information efficiently
- Experience working with databases, ERP systems or financial systems such as JDEGS
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of accuracy with a commitment to data integrity
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
