About the Role:

Are you a qualified Paramedic or Registered Nurse looking for a current challenge?

Corporate Protection is currently looking for several full-time Paramedics and Nurses from Central NSW, Sydney or New Castle to support our client in the Dubbo Region.

As an Advanced Care Paramedic or Registered Nurse, you will be required to deliver exceptional clinical services, including patient assessment, treatment, triage, and evacuation, in compliance with state regulations.

This role is crucial in ensuring the health and safety of personnel on-site at several locations operated by our client as they work on distributing Solar, Wind and energy storage solutions across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for both new to industry and experienced paramedic wishing to work in the resources industry.

? Location: Various locations in NSW including Warrumbungle, Mid-Western Regional, Dubbo Regional and Upper Hunter Valley

? Available Rosters: 7 on / 7 off, and on-call overnight

? Employment Type: Multiple Full-Time Opportunities available

? Travel Type: DIDO to site

Key Responsibilities:

- Emergency Response – Provide advanced assessment, treatment and stabilisation of medical emergencies and injuries.

- Clinical Care – Manage work and non-work-related presentations within CPAHM clinical guidelines and scope of practice.

- Patient Escalation – Coordinate emergency response, medical consultation and patient evacuation when required.

- Clinical Governance – Maintain accurate documentation and comply with CPAHM clinical, medication and legislative requirements.

- Clinic Readiness – Maintain medications, equipment, consumables and emergency response capability.

- Injury Management – Support early intervention, injury assessment and return-to-work processes.

- Health & Safety Support – Provide clinical advice to site HSE teams and management when required.

- Emergency Preparedness – Participate in emergency response drills, exercises and site readiness activities.

- Health Promotion – Provide education and advice on health, wellbeing and injury prevention.

- Stakeholder Liaison – Work collaboratively with site personnel, emergency response teams,



NSW Ambulance Service and external health providers.

- Conduct Drug and Alcohol testing services in accordance with the clients Safety Management System.

- Adhere to company policies, clinical protocols, and procedures at all times.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications: For any qualifications noted below, please outline the items which you currently hold in your cover letter and provide copies with your application, or immediately post interview.

- Bachelor of Paramedic Science / Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)

- Current registration with AHPRA

- Current Manual Driver’s Licence

- HLTPAT005 or HLTPAT010 – Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing

- Advanced Life Support (ALS) Certificate

- Current First Aid and CPR Certification

- White Card

- NSW Emergency Management Training – This can be completed prior to deployment to site

- Able to complete and pass a Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol Screen

- Coal Board Medical and/or Pre-Employment Health Assessment

- Successful completion of CPA H&M; clinical scenario assessment – This is an internal assessment completed as part of the recruitment process

- Immunisation for Hepatitis A & B, Tetanus - must currently hold, or be able to obtain with 3 months of commencement

- Proof of working rights in Australia (Passport, Visa or Birth Certificate)

Highly Desirable

- Training in the management of burns

- Early Management of Severe Trauma (EMST) / Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) or equivalent.

Desired Characteristics:

- Continuous education demonstrating proficiency in emergency management techniques.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Strong consultation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

- Effective time management, problem-solving,



and decision-making skills.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in critical environments.

- Willingness to undergo periodic training to maintain competency levels.
