We are looking for an experienced AEM Assets consultant to support a customer with the implementation and initial setup of their newly acquired Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets Prime platform. This is a short-term, one-week engagement focused on helping the customer establish the foundations of their AEM Assets environment and get the platform ready for ongoing use.

The customer is establishing AEM Assets as a centralised digital asset management platform for storing, organising, governing and distributing images, videos, documents and other brand content. The consultant will work with the customer to establish the platform's asset structure, metadata, governance, permissions and workflows, while ensuring the solution supports the needs of different users across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the initial implementation, configuration and administration of the customer's AEM Assets Prime workplace.
- Work with customer stakeholders to understand their immediate asset management requirements and priorities.
- Establish appropriate folder structures, metadata, tagging and taxonomy to support the organisation and discovery of digital assets.
- Establish appropriate asset governance practices to support brand control and management of approved content.
- Configure and support relevant asset workflows,



including processes for managing, reviewing and approving content.
- Help establish processes that enable marketing, creative and business teams to collaborate effectively around digital assets.
- Support asset discovery and reuse for broader audiences, including sales, marketing, regional and partner teams.
- Provide guidance on AEM Assets best practices and recommend practical approaches appropriate to the customer's requirements.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to the customer's team to support ongoing administration.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets and digital asset management.
- Experience implementing, configuring or administering AEM Assets environments.
- Strong understanding of DAM principles and best practices.
- Practical experience with asset organisation, metadata, tagging, taxonomy and folder structures.
- Experience configuring user roles, permissions and governance.
- Understanding of asset workflows and approval processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical platform configuration.
- Experience with AEM Assets Prime / AEM Assets as a Cloud Service would be highly desirable.
