Permanent full-time role Afternoon shift Supervisor (Dry blending facility)

Salary Range: $85-90k plus Super

Hours: 2pm-10.30pm Monday to Thursday and 12.30pm-7pm Fridays (38 hr week)

Join an Australian owned business manufacturing on trend food products and market leading brands globally. This is a state-of-the-art facility in their dry blending department overseeing batching and warehouse operations, blending & packing and leading a small team of production operators.

About the role:

The successful candidate will have a background and experience in manufacturing or production preferably in Dry Blending operations within the Food and/or pharmaceutical industry. Have sound knowledge of FMCG, GMP and HACCP, QA and OH&S; policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small productive team on afternoon shift in a state-of-the-art dry blending facility. The role will require you to manage your team accurately and efficiently to prepare batches according to production schedules, recipes and quality standards. You will have excellent time management skills, co-ordinate day to day production schedules,



and be able to handle any production issues and rectify quickly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule day to day production for the Afternoon shift production

Excellent organisational and planning skills are essential

Oversee Batching/warehouse operations, blending & packing departments

Excellent communication and results driven ability is essential A background in manufacturing or production (FMCG, GMP, HACCP) as a Supervisor/leadership role

Able to drive Production performance and lead a team to succeed

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational regulations met

Able to develop and mentor a high-performance team

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have excellent troubleshooting skills to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing batching department A current and valid forklift licence would be outstanding! (Reach preferred).
