Aged and Disability Garden Maintenance Officer is required to support clients in their own home across the Coffs Harbour and surrounding area including Nambucca to Woolgoolga.

The Lawns and Garden Team Member is required to demonstrate the following competencies and experience:

Demonstrated experience in lawn maintenance, gardening, or grounds keeping Ability to safely use a range of gardening and lawn maintenance equipment.

Experience in the application of herbicides, pesticides, and fertilisers (desirable). Current driver’s licence with the ability to drive manual and/or automatic vehicles.

Experience or demonstrated capability in towing a trailer (essential or highly desirable, depending on role requirements). Solid understanding of workplace safety and risk management.



Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a respectful, client-focused approach Physical capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the role

Shift times and hours vary depending on clients need and staff availability across 5 days per week Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31.13 per hour
